Return & Exchange Policy
As each piece is made to order, I can only offer exchanges. All exchange items must be returned unworn, without laundering or damages. Please message me directly if you have specific questions! I accept exchanges within 14 days of tracking numbers marked as recieved by customer, and will prioritize any exchanged item.
Turnaround Times & Shipping expectations
Turnaround time will be the time from the order to shipment tracking number. The standard will be approximately 7-14 business days, with updates for increases or decreases listed at the top of the website. Please expect longer turnaround times AND shipping during holidays. Customer service is a big priority for me, and I will always do my best to create the perfect products for you as quickly as possible!
